Our Services

Initial Consultation

$325

Your first appointment is an in-depth session where we explore your concerns, medical and mental health history, and goals for treatment. This comprehensive evaluation allows us to understand your unique needs and create a personalized care plan. Most initial consultations last 60–90 minutes, giving us the time to listen, ask questions, and begin mapping out the best path forward together.

(Sessions longer than 60 minutes are prorated at $81.25 per 15-minute increment)

Medication Management Follow-Up

$150

If medication is part of your treatment plan, regular follow-up appointments ensure that it’s working effectively and that any side effects are addressed quickly. We’ll review your progress, adjust dosages if needed, and answer all of your questions so you feel confident in your care. These focused visits typically last 15-25 minutes and are tailored to help you feel your best.

Medication Management + Brief Therapy

$200

This integrated option combines ongoing medication management with supportive talk therapy in one appointment. You’ll have time to address both the medical and emotional aspects of your mental health, discuss life stressors, and build coping strategies while staying on track with your medications. Sessions usually last 30-45 minutes, offering a balanced, whole-person approach to your care.

Insurance & Payment

I am an out-of-network provider and do not directly bill insurance. This allows me to focus fully on providing personalized, high-quality care without the limitations often required by insurance companies.

Insurance companies frequently dictate aspects of treatment such as diagnosis requirements, visit length, documentation, and medical decision-making. By working outside of insurance networks, I am able to protect your privacy, spend more time during appointments, and tailor treatment based on your individual needs rather than insurance guidelines.

My goal is to provide thoughtful, thorough psychiatric care in a setting that prioritizes the therapeutic relationship and clinical judgment.

Superbill for Reimbursement

Although I do not bill insurance directly, I can provide a superbill after each visit. A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes the information many insurance companies require for potential reimbursement.

If your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be able to submit the superbill to your insurance company for partial reimbursement. Reimbursement amounts vary by plan, so I recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network benefits.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept credit, debit, HSA or FSA.
